A collection of Swank-friendly or modified-for-Swank recipes from around the web. The Swank Diet for Multiple Sclerosis is very low in saturated fats but allows healthy polyunsaturated and monounsaturated oils. Good for everyone the diet is heart healthy and brain healthy.
